SILENT DAYS
SESSION 1:

7.00am – 8.30am: Meditation*
8.40am – 10.00am: Meditative Hatha Yoga
10.00am – 11.30am: Breakfast & Break

SESSION 2:
11.30am – 12.20pm: Contemplative Talk
12.30pm – 1.00pm: Pranayama (Breathwork) & Meditation
1.00pm – 4.00pm: Lunch & Rest

SESSION 3:
4.00pm – 4.40pm – Meditation
4.50pm – 5.30pm – Meditation/Personal Practice
5.30pm – 6.30pm - Yin Yoga
6.30pm – 7.30pm – Dinner

SESSION 4:
7.30pm – 8.00pm - Q&A
8.00pm – 8:45pm – Meditation and/or Yoga Nidra

CHECK-OUT DAY
7.00am -8.30am: Meditation + Closing Cacao Circle
8.30am – 10.00am: Breakfast & Pack Up
10.00am: Check Out.

*We will begin with bite sized meditations with breaks, and slowly build up the duration.
